Position Description
Primary function will be to assist the basketball coach with the day-to-day operations of the basketball program. Help prepare the gym for daily practice (i.e. set up practice gear in locker room, set up scoreboard, get balls out, mop the floor, work with trainer to get water and towels for team).
Keep track of statistics and operate scoreboard during practice. Attend games to assist with game management, bookkeeping, and statistics.
Requirements
Working knowledge of the game of basketball. Good communication skills to deal with customer service at games. Ability to track statistics.
This is a Federal Work Study position and applicants must be eligible.
