Position Description
  • Input and maintain student data
  • Keep records organized, both online and in office
  • Send out emails to current & former students and mentors
  • Help out with planning, logistics, and set-up/clean-up for events
  • Meet, as needed, with Puente coordinators to schedule activities
  • Order supplies and prepare paperwork for events
  • Facilitate organizing between various entities or people
  • Post and monitor social media alongside coordinators
Requirements and Desirable Skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Familiarity with different forms of social media
  • A familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • An ability to work independently
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Puente co-coordinators as well as students
  • Good interpersonal skills
